Richard Schurin

Richard Schurin is one of the founding partners of Stern & Schurin LLP. Richard’s practice encompasses litigation and counseling in all areas of intellectual property, including trademark, trade dress, copyright, patent and trade secret law. Richard also has substantial experience litigating and advising clients in insurance coverage disputes involving “Advertising Injury” and other types of business insurance.  Richard also regularly advises and counsels clients that advertise and sell on Amazon.com.

Richard has been practicing intellectual property law for more than two decades. During that time, he has represented clients in nearly two hundred (200) cases pending in federal courts from New York to California. Richard represents both plaintiffs and defendants in all manner of intellectual property, insurance coverage and other disputes.
