Maya Addady

Maya Addady is an intellectual property attorney whose practice focuses on trademark and copyright matters. She represents brand owners, wholesalers, and resellers across a wide range of industries, including fashion, cosmetics, home improvement, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.

Maya litigates trademark, copyright, and unfair competition disputes in federal court, and represents clients in arbitration proceedings and before administrative agencies. She also works closely with clients to advise on IP protection and monetization strategies, and regularly negotiates a broad range of IP and commercial contracts to align with their business objectives.

Prior to joining Stern & Schurin, Maya was an associate at a boutique firm where she served as counsel to the Legal Committee of the Shenzhen Cross-Border E-Commerce Association. In that role, she was regularly invited to speak on intellectual property and compliance issues facing Amazon sellers and other e-commerce merchants.
